AIM: To achieve a predetermined sales target on a monthly basis, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service
*Note that salary, commission and expectations will be adjusted pro-rata for part time positions

KEY OBJECTIVES:
• To achieve a share of budget as allocated to you at the beginning of each sales month with commissions being payable only once club achieves budget (refer to commission structure)
• To complete a minimum of 30 phone calls per day including prospect and member 21 day visit calls.
• To complete a minimum of 20 appointments per week (4 appointments daily)
• Target 60% of new members completing 21 visits within 12 weeks (refer to commission structure)
• To commit to the Les Mills Mission Statement and values

MEANS:
Productivity

• Convert a minimum of 50% of appointments and walk-ins into sales
• Complete a minimum of 20 prospect appointments per week
• Target 60% of new members completing 21 visits within 12 weeks
• Generate a minimum of 10 new leads per week from point of sale, internal lead generation initiatives, outreach and out and about activities
• Ensure that all requested information is maintained and added into CRM effectively

Procedural
• Understand all relevant sales procedures & maintain the sales database
• Ensure that all sales administration is completed accurately and effectively
• Understand and adhere to the Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities policies.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
• Conduct other duties and tasks as directed by the Club Manager

Professionalism
• Maintain and develop a sound relationship with existing members through the 21 visit process
• Ensure that all members and prospective members receive the highest levels of customer service and follow through
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all facilities and activities in the club
• Communicate effectively with all other departments
Performance
• Consistently apply the sales processes in line with company expectations
• Attend weekly meetings and training sessions.

KPI's:
• Appointment volumes are met
• Phone call volumes are met
• Sales targets are achieved
• 21 visit targets are achieved
• Lead Generation targets are achieved
• Time frames are met
• Staff satisfaction results are met

HOURS: Hours are full time rotating shifts. The shifts cater toward customer needs and therefore include evenings and weekends, varying between 8am and 8pm approximately
