  • Improve Member Retention rates
  • Increase Member Satisfaction
  • Manage member terminations effectively
  • Increase active membership/ tenure
  • Follow up 'at risk' members
  • Provide outstanding customer service at every opportunity
  • Create positive solutions for member situations
  • Report and capture key member intelligence for review and analysis
  • Understand member billing and accounts
  • General administration



Skills Required


  • Genuine empathy for the needs of others and able to problem solve
  • Excellent and caring communication by phone and email
  • Fantastic on the phone!
  • Superior customer service with active listening
  • Solution oriented, taking initiative

  • Maximum effectiveness in available hours
  • Accurate data entry (CRM)
  • Confident MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Solid admin background
  • New Zealand resident or hold a valid work visa
