To deliver the world's best member experiences, our Fee Management team is a task focused, cohesive group that need your attention to detail, initiative and task focus to help us deliver the results we are after.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who ticks all these boxes:

  • A can-do attitude
  • Debt recovery experience
  • Familiar and experienced with communicating over the phone
  • Have a knack for problem solving
  • Accurate data entry skills (CRM)
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • And the ability to communicate with internal and external customers including members, club managers, reception team and of course, our fantastic sales team.

This is a FULL-TIME role with a total of 40 hours per week.
